Background

For over 35 years Horsleys have been providing major airlines with cabin supplies. The company has been built on first class customer service and reliability (without some of their products aircraft aren’t allowed to fly, so service and reliability are critically important). However, the existing website was tired and didn’t reflect the company’s key brand stories and heritage. Horsley’s wanted a new site which felt more corporate and showcased their key brand differentials as well as the products supplied.

What we did

One of the first stages of any website project is to develop with the client what makes them special. For Horsleys we identified a number of key brand attributes which needed to be communicated – industry knowledge, excellence in logistics, reliability and sustainability. We created a video from stock video and images from Horsleys to quickly grab people’s attention. The products themselves are easy to search for and find. The new website is the perfect representation of the brand and will help with their next stage of growth.
