Property Brochures

For those seeking to secure the ideal location for a retail business, especially restaurants, a well-thought-out brand with an eye-catching design is essential. The best sites get a lot of interest and landlords can get dozens of offers, so standing out is very important. We write and design property brochures with a key objective always at the forefront of our minds – to sell the location and the property. With that in mind, we include the following:

1. Location

A summary of exactly where the property is, the local focal points and transport links. We also include some information about the local demographics.

2. Nearby Occupiers

Would-be tenants always want to know which businesses are located nearby. So in this section we illustrate their neighbours by including all the relevant company logos.

3. Map

We always design a map rather than simply using one from Google. This helps to simplify the area as we only include the important elements of the area. Offices and residential property are shaded in different colours, and the logos of key brands are included with the main transportation links.

4. Floor Plan

Would-be tenants always want to see a floor plan, so naturally this is included.

5. Accommodation

In this section, we include a table of the square footage of the various different areas, in square feet and square metres

6. License

For hospitality businesses, we include details of the previous license, for example, opening hours and the hours when music is permitted.

7. Photos

We’ll choose stock photos which show a vibrant and busy local area.

8. Rates

  1. Information on the property’s rateable value is essential information for any would-be tenant.

9. Contact Details

Here we’ll include the contact details of all the agents involved.
